Mi nombre es Rahuel Alejandro Hernández Palacios y soy de Jocotitlán, Estado de México. Me considero una persona creativa, inteligente, responsable, revolucionaría, solidaria, amigable y en ocasiones un poco distraída.
Termine la licenciatura en Ilustración Gráfica y a través de los años me he especializado en el diseño gráfico y editorial; aprendiendo
a usar las principales herramientas del diseño y trabajando con toda clase de personas. Lo que me ha permitido obtener mayor experiencia. Sin embargo, me interesa seguir aprendiendo más y así desarrollarme para seguir enfrentando los retos que se presenten en el camino, a partir de nuevas estrategias.

My name is Rahuel Alejandro Hernández Palacios and I am from Jocotitlán, State of Mexico. I consider myself a creative person, intelligent, responsible, revolutionary, supportive, friendly and sometimes distracted.
Complete the degree in Graphic Illustration and over the years; he specialized in graphic and editorial design; learning to use the main design tools and work with all kinds of people. What has allowed me to get more experience. However, I am interested in continuing to learn more and more to develop myself to continue facing the challenges that arise along the way, based on new strategies.
Realizar una identidad gráfica propia, es algo muy complejo… ¿Por qué? Porque, uno mismo se vuelve el cliente más difícil, al nunca estar de acuerdo con lo que hacemos y buscar siempre algo más. Sin embargo cuando logramos detenernos en el momento preciso, suceden cosas muy buenas.
A través de esta identidad busco reflejar una mezcla de experiencias y gustos personales; experiencias que se muestran en el isotipo, el cual es creado a partir de la silueta de uno de mis primeros personajes que a su vez está inspirado en las películas mexicanas, películas de ciencia ficción, películas western, anime, cómics y la cultura pop en general. Mientras que mis gustos personales, los reflejo en el imagotipo; a partir del arte y el diseño, con la unión de trazas hechos a mano con toque minimalista.
Carrying out an own graphic identity is very complex... Why? Because, you yourself become the most difficult client, by never agreeing with what we do and always look for something else. However, when we are able to stop at the precise moment, very good things happen.
Through this identity I seek to reflect a mixture of personal experiences and tastes; experiences that are shown in the isotype, which is created from the silhouette of one of my first characters that in turn is inspired by Mexican films, science fiction movies, western movies, anime, comics and pop culture. While my personal tastes, I reflect them in the imagotype; from art and design, with the union of handmade traces with a minimalist touch.
Viajando, mirando y retomando el entorno, encontré diferentes interpretaciones… Algunos retoman, la esencia del pueblo mexicano de nuestras raíces precolombinas, otros el México actual que no se rinde; pero casi nadie cuenta los dichos populares, las historias de los abuelos o el esplendor de la Revolución Mexicana: los corridos.
Ahí es donde surgen mis primeras ideas sobre el trabajo que realizo y acompañadas de una serie de acontecimientos, me dan el seudónimo: El Ilustrador de Corridos. Por su parte, cada trabajo se vuelve una canción y a su vez ilustración y las letras se transforman en imágenes, sobre vivencias, sonidos, lecturas y esa comedia abstracta con la que nos identificamos como mexicanos.
Traveling, looking and picking up the environment, I found different interpretations ... Some retake, the essence of the Mexican people of our pre-Columbian roots, others the current Mexico that does not surrender; but almost nobody tells the popular sayings, the stories of the grandparents or the splendor of the Mexican Revolution: the corridos.
That's where my first ideas about my work come up and accompanied by a series of events, they give me the pseudonym: El Ilustrador de Corridos. On the other hand, each work becomes a song and in turn an illustration and the lyrics are transformed into images, about experiences, sounds, readings and that abstract comedy with which we identify ourselves as Mexicans.
